The Space
A home from home...
Downstairs is a tastefully decorated open plan kitchen and living/dining room with comfy sofas & log fire (gas). High speed WiFi, smart TV & Amazon Alexa.
The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, oven, dishwasher & small under counter fridge. There is a large fridge freezer in the utility room, along with microwave and washing machine. Laundry & dishwasher tablets are provided, along with cleaning products, bin liners, tin foil etc
We welcome dogs and provide a supply of towels to wipe muddy paws, plus a supply of treats. If your dog is a sofa lover, there are blankets provided.
To the rear of the property up some narrow steps there is a small private courtyard with seating. It’s a quiet afternoon sun trap. A little further along there is a larger paved area with far-reaching views, fire pit and seating.
Sleeping Arrangements
There are two double rooms and one twin. All rooms are situated on the first floor of the property.
The twin room and one of the double bedrooms benefit from a Jack n Jill style bathroom with shower & wc, this makes it perfect if you have young children as they are not too far away. Both rooms can be accessed independently so there is privacy if you are staying with family or friends.
Bedroom one: king size bed with en suite Jack & Jill (wc and walk in shower)
Bedroom two: twin beds with en suite Jack & Jill
Bedroom three: double bed
There is space in Bedroom one for a travel cot
Downstairs there is a large family bathroom with bath & shower.
Bed Linen, Towels and Shower Gel are provided.

Policy and Notes
Payment Schedule
A non refundable deposit of £150 will be taken at time of booking. Balance will become due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund (less deposit) for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that point.
Damage Deposit
We reserve the right to ask for a refundable damage deposit.
